Baoji Machine Tool Works was built up in 1965 and became one of the large state-owned enterprises in manufacturing CNC lathe and universal lathe. It has 48,000 m working area, 1800 employees, which includes more than 300 engineers and technologist, and 310 million of capital. The factory has invested 90 million yuan in importing 7 machining centers and other measuring devices, with which it has developed CNC lathes, turning centers and universal lathes classified in three categories, 84 varieties and 240 models.
